We have developed our Soul Holidays for people who love to be in wild nature, for the spiritual as well as physical benefits, and want a few days break to relax and be nurtured, while also connecting with their own soul. These breaks take place in Glen Lyon, a place of outstanding natural beauty in Perthshire, Highland Scotland.
We offer a varied and (we think) inspiring itinerary, in comfortable accommodation in a restored Gothic Mansion house, with good home-cooked food, locally sourced where possible. Food is both vegetarian and ‘meaty’, depending on your preference; special diets may be accommodated, following prior consultation
The holidays incorporate visits to sacred sites, hearing local myths and legends, ‘medicine walks’ (a Native American term for walks which bring you some gifts or learning from nature in the form of signs or omens, or insight into some aspect of your life), and working with nature and your creativity: either through writing, or by creating a piece of jewellery or other object to take home with you.
